Refund Policy

All fees paid to S3tek Elevate are non-refundable. By making a payment you agree to this policy.

1. No refunds

Once payment is made for any service, including retainers, narrative audits, one-time projects and setup fees, it is final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not the client uses the service in full and regardless of the results achieved.

2. Why

Our work begins immediately on payment. It involves strategist time, research, planning and specialist resources that are committed in advance and cannot be recovered.

3. Retainers and cancellation

• Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each month.
• You may cancel future months by written notice before the next billing date. The month already paid is not refunded, and services continue until it ends.

4. Advertising spend

Ad budgets paid directly to Meta, Google or other platforms are governed by those platforms' terms and are separate from our fees. We cannot refund platform spend.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

Search, AI answer and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citations, leads or revenue.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment so we can resolve any concern directly.
